I have a Phillips DSP7000 that has been upgraded with a 120mb Seagate Barracuda V hard drive, and has PROM socket installed by Kraven (very nice job he did).
It is in very good condition, except for a scratch on the very top of the unit (made with my Xbox I had on top of it). It is still in perfect working order, and I will open it up, and clean it out really good before I ship it. Card not included.
