In all probability it will be a DTV thing also in later versions of software.

But the real answer is "How in the world can we possibly know that?"

If it only covers one ad then it wont last on the screen long enough for anybody to notice it thus nobody will want to pay tivo for this service, and if one logo covers multiple ads, tivo will get sued as per the precident set when gator got sued for covering up other peoples ads with their own. I guarentee you that this wont last at all.
