There are others that discuss Tivo but none that come close to the level of expertise and broad range of topics. Not even the TCF comes close.

alt.org, pvrhax0r, TCF and DDB are the only legit ones. most lame former DTV hacking sites had a tivo section, and there are a few other forums here and there. However, i have yet to see any other public forums contribute anything - its always info from one of those four being populated out to the other smaller boards.
