Tivo/ Dish causing odd problems, help?!

I have a Dish receiver (3900) and a stand alone Tivo. Since I installed the Tivo with the Dish, I get all sorts of weird little problems.

When setting things up to be recorded, it will sometimes change to an incorrect channel.

Sometimes there is a baaaaad lag when changing channels.

When pushing the "Info" button on the Tivo remote, it will show the wrong channel and program information.

But, the rewind and pause features work fine.

I have it setup through a 3 way A/B box (dvd player, xbox, Tivo) would that have something to do with it?

I checked the wiring over and over, all is well (according to the install instructions).

Has anyone had this issue and/ or would know how to help?

Check your code in Setup. Try other codes for the receiver and use a slow or medium speed (whichever gives the best results).
