I have a DTV DVR80. I had a really weird problem with season passes occur last Sunday.
I have a SP set for Arrested Development that I have end-padded a few minutes. I have a SP for Desparate Housewives that is start-padded a few minutes.
A few weeks ago, I set a SP for Significant Others, which aired at the same time as Arrested Development in my timezone. So I deleted the SP and set one-time recordings for each episode for 12/26 in the afternoon when they were scheduled to air reruns. At some point after I set those timers and before last Sunday, Bravo changed its schedule and Significant Others was no longer airing at the times I set for the recordings. This is what I think caused the problem.
Last Sunday at 7:30, my Tivo started to record Significant Others instead of Arrested Development, even though there was no SP for Significant Others and it was not set to record that particular airing. Fortunately we happened to be watching at the time so we let it record Significant Others and watched Arrested Development live.
Now here's what gets really weird. In the recording history, it says that Significant Others was not recorded (even though it actually was recorded), and gives the reason that there was a conflict with a higher-rated SP for Arrested Development. The recording history then says that Arrested Development was not recorded because of a conflict with a higher rated SP for Significant Others. Again, there was no SP for Significant Others and it was not set to record this particular airing.
The only thing I can think of is that when the schedule/guide got changed and Significant Others was no longer on at the times I set the recordings for that Tivo tried to compensate and find other airings to record instead.
Has anyone seen anything like this?
