Probably haven't read enough yet, but here goes...!

I want a TIVO in the UK, happy 2 pay 4 lifetime subscription, (I guess I have no choice?)

ebay seems expensive can they be sipped in cheaper, and converted to work.

PSU / PAL input etc.

Any pointers in the right direction? I read somewhere that US will not work in the UK?

You'll have to source a local unit, only a PVR10UK can be subbed in the UK
