I read an earlier post about different % meaning different things, and maybe a board of what they are. However, I didn't find 60%, so...
Turned on the TV, and found my Hughes GXCEBOT was attempting to acquire the satellite, and was stuck on 60%. No, I didn't have a power glitch or reboot it, but there it was. The GXCEBOT would sit there a while, then reboot itself back to 60% and hang again.
I tried resetting the satellite and tried rebooting with the satellite cables disconnected (the 26% solution), but no avail. I did note that when the satellite cables were connected, trying to play what was recorded played for 4-5 seconds then froze a second in a loop. Without the satellite cables connected, playing what had been recored played fine.
The GXCEBOT has the original 40G HD and a 60G HD added. I am aware of the temperature issue, but the box is not reporting too hot (48C).
