I've been using tytool 8r4 for some time, and (finally) noticed 9r18 out. Up until this time I'd been grabbing video off of my tivo (with MP2 and AC3), editing them slightly (start and end) with GopEditor, and creating MPG's with tytool. I then demux them in dvdlab, and make a dvd. These DVD's have always worked.

I tried doing the same thing with 9r18. When I try to add the mpg to dvdlab, it says 'The Vob file has an encrypted video stream. This file can't be demuxed.' (It _is_ a .mpg, not a vob.) I then try creating a .vob with 9r18, and import that into dvdlab. This works fine, but when I test the burned DVD, the audio sync is noticably off (by about a second).

Anyone have any ideas? (Especially about the encrypted video stream thing.) As I said, this worked fine in 8r4.
