Can't run Hackman after Copying files to Tivo

I'm a Newbee at this but here is my problem:
1) I have copied Hackman to my Tivo (hackman.itcl is in /ptvupgrade/tivowebplus/modules)
2) When I telnet to my Tivo and cd /ptvupgrade/tivowebplus/modules and type in hackman or hackman.itcl I get a "Command not found" statement.
3) What am I doing wrong?
