I just loaded the 4.0.1b image on my HDVR2 using this guide:

I followed every step and everything worked successfully. Now I start my TIVO, run the guided setup, and click on live TV. But there is no picture. Sound works fine. The Tivo menus show up fine. I can telnet into the box. I have reset many times. I have restarted and cleared everything. Nothing seems to help.
( I have run through the guide twice now. ) What am I doing wrong. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
