I have a Phillips Directv DSR704R/17. It is stuck on the clearing and deleting everything...this will take an hour screen. I have tried unplugging and retrying a few times and it still gets stuck. Any suggestions what to try next. I have tried taking the cover off and unplugging the connectors and taking the litttle battery out. (not sure where I read to do this) Still is stuck. Hope you all can guide me.
