error from TivoWebPlus installer

I know the instructions for the TWP installer are simple. I tried to keep it simple. I ftpd the file up in Binary mode. I telneted into the folder and executed the file and got all the stuff below. Am I missing something basic? I didn't see any directions about putting additional files up or putting them in a certain spot. I put the TPM file in my ./hacks folder.
