Cant access tivoweb

I have an HDVR2 and tivowebplus is installed in the var/hack directory. The hdvr2 is connected to my home network and I can use the home media options without any trouble.

However, when I try to access tivoweb from a web browser of a pc inside or outside of the network by typing the tivo's ip address I get the Internet Explorer error message: "This page can not be displayed".

Can anyone help me? Thanks.

This could be lots of things, and you'll have to provide more information in order to get help.

The first question that comes to mind is: How you know that Tivowebplus is running? do you see it when you run "ps" on your box (it will show up as "tivosh ./http-tt.tcl")?
