Hello,
i hacked the HDTIVO about a month ago and telnet ftp was working fine..was able to extract video fine... no software updates have occured. tried to reboot it and telnet into it via usb port and cannot access it. Only ftp is working but no telnet. I looked for the file netfilter-enable in the etc directory and its not there. i checked all the partitions and cannot find netfilter-enable
i checked the rc.sysinit.author and the telnetd is set correctly there...
#start telnetd
tnlited 23 /bin/bash -login &
any and all help is would be welcome
im at a loss why it's not working ..
i can provide rc.sysinit and rc.sysinit.author files for someone who knows to look through if that will help
