HMO: sharing recordings - require DTV sub?

If I have one subscribed DirecTivo hacked for HMO and subscribed to DTV, and one DirecTivo hacked for HMO but not subscribed to DTV, will I be able to view recordings on the unsubscribed unit off of the subscribed unit?

Yes. Note that this will only work with hacked boxes-- unhacked HMO requires a subscription on all boxes.
