Everytime I try and mount a drive (using Boot CD or Disk) I get
fatfs: bogus cluster size
VFS: Can't find a valid MSDOS filesystem on dev 16:04
mount: you must specify the filesystem type

I am typing what all the FAQ's are saying

mount /dev/hdc4 /mnt/hd

Thanks,
Jason

What are you trying to mount? Your C (Windoze) drive, or your TiVo drive? If it is your Windoze drive, why are you mounting partition 4? Do you have multiple partitions on it? If it is your TiVo drive, have you created the /mnt/hd directory. What you are displaying below would try to mount the 4th partiton on your primary master drive. Usually your TiVo drive will be something other than your primary master, unless you took out your OS drive.

hda primary master
hdb primary slave
hdc secondary master
hdd secondary slave

All of this is listed in the how-to's, so it looks like you need to read through them again.
