Im not sure where this goes but I currently have 3 tivos. 2 being used and 1 not being used. I need to know how I can set up my 2 tivos so I can transfer files to and from the tivo. Like movies, music etc..... I also purchased 2 new HDD drive to install in both of them. As you can tell I am new to this so any and all help would be apreciated. Both models are DTV series 2 tivos.

You will need to start by installing v4 on your boxes. Check the "Guide" threads for a guide that applies to your specific model.

No luck necessary. Just spend time reading before you even remove the first screw.
