Does anyone know this answer

I have a sat-t60 i have the original tivo os installed it gets updates and all that crap through a turbonet cache card. (that is the only hack i have installed) With either one, the tysudio or tyserver (both i have, are the latest releases), can i extract ty. files. I can see the now showing list via both extraction tools. but a transfer of a ty file transfer won't start with either extraction tool. I have made several posts and no one can answer me straight. Do i require a prehacked os loaded like xtreme 2.5? Someone has to know the answer to this? thanks for your time.

Do i require a prehacked os loaded like xtreme 2.5?You do need a hacked system, but no, you don't need a prehacked OS like Xtreme.
Just properly install TyTool, figure out how to deal with your encryption, and enjoy.

:eek: ahhh there is the magic word that i don't think i have taken care of. Encryption! so here is the question.....if install ty server correctly...(i'm assumming)I have to install some tool or file that disables the encryption, right? I don't believe any of the extraction tools handle that do they? So there has been my problem all along. So how do i disable the encryption..humm...?

By the way thanks for answering mer directly it makes it easier to learn.
