chattr

I keep trying to run this command (chattr) from booting off the cd. And I always get
sh: ./chattr: cannot execute binary file

I downloaded the file from one of the sites mentioned in the forum and put it on a disk but it never works, what am I doing wrong?

I just got finished using Dylan's boot CD which as you know doesn't have chattr on it, I found another post that describes how to copy the files and use it, this worked perfectly for me (you copy the chattr file to /bin and the library files to /lib)

Ecks, sorry you are right. I believe its kazymyr's CD that was enhanced by DanT, I found the reference here:
