Tivoweb images and icons

It appears that I'm missing icons/images in tivowebplus/images (specifically, LargeSquarePredicted1DownThumbs.3.png). Is there a repository somewhere where these are all kept? If not, could someone post the one file I know I'm missing here or PM please?

Yeah, many of them were in an mfs area, but seems tivo moved/removed them. something is up with the images it seems for sure.
