DSR6000 and new 40gig Fujitsu

I have a DSR6000 that came as a two drive setup. I have an extra fujitsu 40gig. Can I download an image from ftp.abs.net/tivo for a single drive dsr6000 and restore it to this fujistu 40gig? Will I have to do anything else to make it work?
