Copy Recordings to new drive

I have larger hard drives for my TiVo Series 2. I have already installed two smaller hard drives in this TiVo. Can anyone help me to transfer the recorings to the new drives WITHOUT copying the old operating system? Thanks

Look for mfs_ftp, learn about it, install it, then use it to transfer files off your TiVo.

Install it on the new drive once it's running, and send the files back.
