how can i get tivolution and network showcases?

now really.. i got one of the philips dsr6000r to work with both tivolution and showcase after the mod..

but for some reason.. sony units don't work..

in 2.0.x, the network showcases and tivolution come through the phone call. thus, with a 2.0.x box you won't get them if you are using the fixup script and/or not letting your box call in.

in 2.5, they come off the data stream for dtivo boxes, same as guide data. problem is, you have to run the script on the unit while it is running, and so far people haven't been able to modify 2.5 boxes for stuff like the fixup script.

so freetv, if you have some magical info on how to get fixup to work on a 2.5, please share. otherwise, deal with not having those features, or subscribe legally
