I just bought a 200GB drive to put in my S1 SA. Using MFStools, it doesn't seem to use the whole drive. What does it take to get tivo to recognize all 200GB?

You'll need a TiVo boot CD that is LBA48 aware. You'll also need an LBA48 aware kernel on your S1 if you want to use the whole drive. If you only want to use 137GB, you'll be okay without replacing the kernel.
