problem with networking after slice upgrade to 6.2

I followed the 6.2 Slice Upgrade Guide on Dellanave.com site and now I have now telnet or ftp to my tivo.

After the first reboot in the instructions is when my telnet and ftp dropped out. The tivo shows up on my router, but I can't "talk" to it. :mad:

Any help out there?
