Hughs Directv DVR .. Need Files & Info

Just purchased a Hughes Directv DVR model SD-DVR40EN ... Looking for files!

Anyone have main board drawing .. I'd like to do the following, so any help .. direction would be appreciated:

1) Instructions with part numbers (any files) to change 35 hour Hard Drive to 80 Gig or ?


2) Which IC contains the Receiver Box ID .. want to change to my present subscribed DTV receiver to use its P5 card. See some 8 pin IC's but numbers don't ring bell.
3) Is there a way to clone Tivo to be like a life-er ..

Backup the 40GB HD to the 80GB and install it.

We will forgo any chat about hacking .. but would like to have tech spec's on IC's inside this model .. would like to change out my present DirecTV Receiver (no Tivo) by changing DVR's present Box ID to my DirecTV Receivers Box ID number.. Have 2 receivers in house .. now using same card.. as I changed the box ID in both to match each other..

When I head upstairs to bed early .. I take card out of Receiver #1 and put into one upstairs ..

So would like to replace downstairs to the Tivo DVR ..

What part of "No theft of service questions" don't you understand?

Stop being a cheapskate. It's a massive $10.00 per month (OK, 9.98 - sue me) to add a DirecTiVo to an existing subscription. Skip one night out every three months and you're money ahead.
