Can't mount drive.

I have a series 1 tivo, svr-2000 with cache card and tivoweb+ - not too long ago I locked myself out of the drive yet the tivo still acts like a dvr. However, it will no get its info over the net, ftp and telnet are not running either.

I learned that I need to run a bootpage -p /dev/hdc to find the number of the partition.

Can someone drop me a link to the correct software so that I could discover this information?
