Can I Save Programs through tivowebplus TWP ?

Is there any way to save my programs that I can see using the view function in TWP.

I am sorry if there are threads here that have this, but I have searched for hours with no luck.

About the only way to save the program onto your computer is with TyTool or MFS_FTP. If you go into the WMP file menu while playing a program and select Save Media As, you will get an error. TWP allows only for streaming of programs, not direct extraction.

Actually, there is a way to directly extract them. I forget the name of the module. It saves them as ty files.. TiVoWeb is completely unusable while it is extracting, which kind of sucks, but hey.. it works.

Never saw that before... this place has pretty deep bowels. :) That module sounds a little buggy, though. TyTools and MFS_FTP are easy to install and use, so why not just go that route? You need some of the MFS_FTP files for that module to work, anyway. Just seems a bit redundant to me.
