What's the Best Editing Pro. for .ty Streams?

What's the best program for editing out commercials in .ty streams? TyTool doesn't do a good enough job for me. I have tried converting to .mpg first and using Adobe Premier Pro 1.5, but it doesn't like the file. It crashes when I try to edit it.

Any ideas? I want to be able to precisely edit out commercials.

In my opinion, TyTool is the best.

But since it doesn't float your boat, look for VideoReDo.
