SAT-T60 Drive swap??

I think I fried the motherboard in my T60, (I already tried swaping power supplies)
I just bought another unit on ebay.
Is it possible to just swap the drives??
I was hoping it would be that simple, but common sense tells me is just isnt that simple.
Anybody know what changes I'd have to make???

Should just have to do a clear-and-delete. Maybe 51killer.
