I got the 7.1b offsets from NutKase's "superpatch-67all" script.

Download the patch and open it in your favorite text editor and look for at the inline comments. Pretty self explanatory..

Make sure you know how to deal with VMAs

7.1b patch locations aren't the same as 7.1a.

As ohpossum mentioned, you can find them in superpatch-67all, but I've also updated the post Hayreass linked to reflect 7.1b locations as well.
