Network speed problems

i have a series 2 superpatched tivo that has TWP installed and using TyTool to transfer movies(with the new tserver)

i'm wondering what i ned to do to get my spped up from 0.44 mb/sec. This is driving me crazy!!

i see about using the backported drivers but my tivo is 17 feet from my PC

is there any remedy to this, or am i doing something wrong
