tivo newbie question

Okay guy i tring to boot from cd rom drive but the NTI ISO program is lock doesn't body have a key for that...Thanx in advance

You get the key from the vendor of the software, on whatever terms either they dictate, or you agree to.

But to burn the ISO for free, I recommend an application called BurnAtOnce, which I used between when I quit using Win9x (whch XP broke the version of Roxio I had), and got Nero with my DVD burner.
