If my system hasnt been hack ,so i dont have the video encryption desable,that means that any video i record and i extract, i wont be able to watch?when i hack it and i add the right patch it will desable the encryption and anything i record i can extract and watch right?

Essentially, yes.

If you need to extract programs that recorded prior to hacking, you can use this (http://www.dealdatabase.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39207) to unscramble them.
