hello everyonee....
the thing is im stayin on accomadtion in this uni in wales and im using the uni`s dsl which come directly into my room but the thing is im unable to download torrents using this dsl? whenever i log on to the azureus software im the only user online and therefore im unable to use or download torrents...im sure there is some kinda firewall cause of which im unable to please help me out here as to what should i do in order to download stuff thankyou.
