shouldn't we have the "show all threads since X days" default set at something better than the current "last day" setting? At least until this board picks up steam?
I suggest last 10 days or something along those lines.

Good Idea. For now you can change your personal settings by going to your profile and there is an option for Default Thread View. You can make it from the last day to the last year or anywhere in between.

How about getting ourselves some "brighter" emoticons. The current faces look somewhat dull and "sickly"

I just finished upgrading the software to latest version, and fixed the problem that netscape users had.

Compare our smiley faces with some other sites. Our shades of yellow, red, blue and red seem rather dark to me, for example.
