Is there a version of this for windows I have a lot of movies on a pc that are hosed to due the kmem patch.. It is a pain to have to move them to a tivo fix them with csoscout.tcl and then pull them back to the pc... is there a verswion of this I can run under windows or some documentation about what needs to be done and maybe I can write something in C++ thanks..

The details will vary depending on whether your shows are in ty+ or tmf format.

ok thanks I used head and looked at the first 1000 lines of a file that I know used kmem to decrypt.. here is an example

<SubObject type="RecordingPart" id="Part">
<Begin>7474441</Begin>
<CommercialSkipOffset>34</CommercialSkipOffset>
<CommercialSkipOffset>-2088738396</CommercialSkipOffset>
<CommercialSkipOffset>-695373703</CommercialSkipOffset>
<CommercialSkipOffset>1521291277</CommercialSkipOffset>
<CommercialSkipOffset>-1053932660</CommercialSkipOffset>
<CommercialSkipOffset>1814170829</CommercialSkipOffset>
<CommercialSkipOffset>1226135815</CommercialSkipOffset>
<CommercialSkipOffset>1923601941</CommercialSkipOffset>
<CommercialSkipOffset>-1999213445</CommercialSkipOffset>
<CommercialSkipOffset>42224</CommercialSkipOffset>

so all these lines should say
<CommercialSkipOffset>0</CommercialskipOffset>
or do I delete all but 1 and have it as above..

that is kinda a bummer or can I just say replace each one with

<CommercialSkipOffset>00000</commercialskipoffset>

and still leave multiples .. becuase if I can do it this way I only have to rewrite some bytes in binary mode... no read and write the whole file...

thanks
