I just got a new TV and have the R10 TIVO. I can't get the remote to work with my new TV (Maxent) and I was wondering if anyone knew a source to find a code for the Maxent, or info on upgrading/hacking the remote control. I haven't opened the remote up yet, but I'm sure there is a part in there that I can take off and read/reprogram with my eeprom programmer.
If anyone knows where to find any threads or info on doing something like this I'd appreciate it. I couldn't find any info searching the archives.
