Series 1 <-> Series 2 Multi-Room-Viewing

I networked my Series 1 awhile ago (TyStudio, TiVoWeb etc..) and was just recently given a series 2 from a friend who wasn't using it anymore :) .

I got a USB-Ethernet adapter and I'm getting ready to try the monte hack and get MFS tools on the Series 2.

My goal: transfer shows between TiVos similar to the HMO/MVR options that would be available on a pair of series 2's.

1) Can I use Mfs_ftp to transfer shows directly between the TiVos (w/o intermediary PC)? Any example syntax?

2) Can I setup the TiVos to see each others' recordings and just stream 'em over the network?

1: Yes. Use a client like FlashFXP which can do direct transfers between two devices.

2: Nope.
