Tivonet DSR6000 and 2.5

Tivonet DSR6000 and 2.5. When using probe-2.5x.o i keep getting a device busy. has anyone been able to install tivonet on this system yet. The log files says it don't reconigze the device on eth0. Any ideas on how to get it working?

i have had tivonet with 2.5 on my sat-t60. its not reliable right now, not really sure why. but, if you boot clean, then do insmod -f 8390-2.5x.o and the same for tivone-2.5x.o, then do your ipconfig line, it will work. mine isn't working from rc.sysinit right now though.
