Phillips downloaded files of 2.5

ok guys...dont mean to sound "STUPID" but how do you put a Phillips down loaded file back together to put on a drive?

I would suppose there is a program that does this......were might I find it?

Exam;le...2.5 hacked and 2.5 clean are in 14,000 files....I would supose they need to be put back together to put on a drive useing the restore tools

for extraction you can go to www.winrar.com and get winrar.

It is similiar to winzip.
