S2 Unscramble?

Does anyone know if Jamie's kernel included in AlphaWolf's init framework here (http://www.dealdatabase.com/forum/showpost.php?p=216711&postcount=53) is the same as this one (http://www.dealdatabase.com/forum/showpost.php?p=202967&postcount=26) (i.e. has the S2 Unscamble patch)?

If you want a kernel for 6.2 that has CONFIG_NETFILTER off that does not have the s2_unscramble patch, see the kernel the OP asked about (in AlphaWolf's framework), or build your own using variations on these (http://www.dealdatabase.com/forum/showthread.php?t=46361) scripts. If you want a kernel for 6.2 that does have the s2_unscramble patch, use the 3.1.5x kernel in the s2_unscramble package.

That's what I figured. I was hoping to find a compatible kernel with the S2 Unscramble patch, and CONFIG_NETFILTER turned off to help facilitate getting recordings off.

Sorry, I misread his post and your reply. I thought the options were s2_unscramble with CONFIG_NETFILTER off or one that wasn't s2_unscramble and had CONFIG_NETFILTER on. I was asking if there should be a third option, no s2_unscramble and CONFIG_NETFILER off. Obviously, a stock kernel is the no s2_unscramble with CONFIG_NETFILTER on. Brainfart.

Ah, I see now. The info was buried at the end of the README. I couldn't find anything in the s2_unscramble - Unscramble for Series 2 (http://www.dealdatabase.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39207&highlight=s2+unscramble) thread that noted the included kernels had the CONFIG_NETFILTER turned off and assumed that it wasn't the case.

I wish the 3.1.5x kernel had CONFIG_FILTER turned on, but that issue is easier to work around. Thanks again.
