Hd Avi ====> .ty ???

I have an HD AVI, 1280x720 Video, AC3 Dolby Audio.

My original plan was to upload it to my XBOX to view it. No go. A 733mhz P3 w/ 64 Megs of RAM simply says, "Sheeya, right! Whatever...".


So, then I thought I might be able to convert it to a TY format and insert it into my TIVO?

Any possibility of this??
