TivoServer ?

I have a S2 RCA DVR40 running 6.2 and have it networked to my computer. I would like to be able to transfer video from my PC to the tivo. I have read hundreds of threads pertaining to Tivoserver and I am completly lost as how I get it installed. Could someone lend some advice?:confused:

I would like information on Tivo Server as well...All I can find is that it is in "Alpha" testing but I don't know where the source is and the HowTo guide.
