how do you finilize setup w/o a phoneline

we dont have a landline just cellphone is there a way to finilize the setup on
my DSR 708??

If you haven't hacked it to add the fakecall script then your only other option would be to take it to a friend's or neighbor's house and let it dial out for the initial calls. You won't need the sat feed connected to do this but you'll need to have it connected to a TV to be able to navigate through the menus and intiate the calls.
