Anyone can help with this, my DVR HR10-250 is taking for ever to get the list or react after i press anything in the remote unto 60 second from live TV to RECORDING LIST
Is Driving me nuuuutttsss!!!

A Clear & Delete Program Data might help a bit, but it's a slow box with a slow version of the Tivo OS.

60 seconds for a menu change is way too slow for any Tivo. If the drive is getting full then it may be affecting the menu speeds. Also, check your remote batteries to make sure it's transmitting a strong enough signal. If the batteries are weak then it may seem like the Tivo is reacting slower than usual when it's not actually seeing the remote commands at all. Observe the LEDs on the front of the Tivo when you press the remote keys. They should change from green to yellow to indicate that it is seeing the IR signal.

I think it might be worthwhile checking to make sure your swap partition is in use. If it's not, that could really slow you down. ew
