Remove menu item

I have a stared icon for inside man movie trailer on the main menu, and it is also listed under showcases, ive tried everything to delete this and nothing workes. How do I delete this ?

Try searching on Yellow Star or maybe remove showcase. You should find what you need. Of course this requires a hacked Tivo. You did not specify the status of your Tivo or what kind etc. Read the newbie sticky about how to ask a good question.
