Extracting Menu backgrounds?

I'm not sure if this would be a forbidden topic since I guess it could be seen as copying TiVo property, but here goes... (if this is in appropriate just tell me, and kill the posting)

I would love to extract the video that is used as menu backgrounds in Now Showing for use as DVD menu video. I have a SA-Series-1 that I have many hacks an extraction methods installed on.

I assume the video has an FSID, but I'm not really sure. Does anybody know of a way to extract them?

There is a ongoing discussion (http://www.dealdatabase.com/forum/showthread.php?t=49133) for series-2 units which is similar to what you want to do (pull video from MFS).

I don't know how applicable it will be to a series-1.
