Hello All,
Picked up one of those refurbished SD-DVR40's on eBay. Its working fine but won't complete a daily call. When I force a daily call it connects, spends about 45 minutes downloading (My 6.2 Update I assume), hangs up, spends 5 minutes or so "preparing data", before displaying "Failed, while preparing data". This has happened 3 or 4 times now from both my Vonage VOIP line and my parents land line. The test calls go through fine. Anybody know how I can fix this?
