What is password? - Prompt from Serial port

I have the TCD540040 - Yet to do the PROM mod. Reading thru the forums, i was finally able to setup my null modem cable and got the password prompt. I tried the password 'factory' and it did not work.

Can anyone help me with the password ? Thanks in advance.You'll have to hack your tivo first. Then you can set the password with crypto -u -srp "factory".
